How PALS can help
PALS supports patients, families, and carers with:
- Information about hospital and community services
- Addressing concerns, comments, or compliments about services
- Resolving issues quickly, or directing you to the right service
- Guidance on the formal complaints process and advocacy services

Walk-in Service (St George’s Hospital, Ground Floor, Grosvenor Wing):
- Monday to Wednesday: 10am 鈥� 4pm
- Thursday to Friday: 10am 鈥� 2pm
Need More Help?
If your issue isn鈥檛 resolved on the ward or in a department, PALS will either help you or connect you with the right person. They can also assist with the complaints process and arrange interpreters if needed.
